Telegram: @mr_honarvar. Faster for a quick question or to report that a tool has stopped working.
One person reads both, so a reply usually takes a day or two rather than minutes. Messages in English are easiest, but others are read.
Reporting a broken tool
This is the most useful message you can send. Platforms change their systems without warning, and a lookup that worked last week can stop overnight. Three details make the cause much quicker to find:
- Which platform, and the exact username or link you tried
- The message you saw on screen, copied word for word
- Whether you were on a phone or a computer, and which browser
You do not need to diagnose anything. A short note saying "TikTok says no account found for charlidamelio on Chrome" is enough to start from.
Takedown and privacy requests
Nothing is hosted here. Pictures stream directly from the platform that stores them, which means removing a picture at its source removes it everywhere, including from this site. That is usually the fastest route.
If you believe this site is being used to harass you, write with details and it will be acted on. Requests of that kind are treated as urgent and are not passed to anyone else.
Corrections
The size figures published on these pages come from our own measurements, and platforms change them. If a number is out of date or wrong, say so and it will be re-tested and corrected, with the page date updated so you can tell.
Business enquiries
Advertising, partnership and licensing questions go to the same address.
What this address is not for
We cannot recover a lost social media account, remove content from another platform, or find out who is behind an anonymous profile. Those all need the platform itself, and no third party site can help with them.
